Do we do refunds/ store credit
Please note when placing an order with us, we are unable to offer refunds or store credit. Exchanges are available if your swimwear is too big or too small. Items must be returned within 5 days in unworn, original condition with tags, hygiene stickers, and packaging intact.
Do you ship overseas?
No, at this stage Khem swim don't ship world wide.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Do you guys do pre-orders?
No we don’t do pre-order at the moment. We are slowly growing our business in the future we definitely will
