- Available for all orders over $100 AUD.
- Shipped via Australia Post with a tracking number provided upon purchase.

Express Shipping within Australia
- Available for all orders $12 AUD.
- Shipped via Australia Post with a tracking number provided upon purchase.
- Estimated delivery: 1-4 business days.
Standard Shipping within Australia
- Available for all orders is $10 AUD.
- Shipped via Australia Post with a tracking number provided upon purchase.
- Estimated delivery: 2-7 business days.

LOST OR STOLEN PARCELS
Khem Swim is not liable for lost or stolen parcels. If your order has not arrived, please contact the shipping courier directly “Australia Post” who are responsible for delivery. Have your tracking details ready so they can provide you with the most up to date information.
Australia Post recommends waiting 14 days before assuming a package is lost. If you still haven’t received your order, you can submit a claim via https://auspost.com.au/receiving/parcel-deliveries/compensation#tab3
For Australia Post deliveries, please reach out to them directly to initiate an investigation.
UNCLAIMED PARCELS
Khem Swim is not liable for unclaimed parcels. If you do not pick up your parcel from the post office within the required timeframe, it may be disposed of, and we will be unable to resend your order.
You should receive an email or text message from the post office if you provided your email or phone number at checkout. Depending on the state or city you live in , you may also receive a slip in the mail if there was a failed delivery attempt, instructing you to collect your parcel.
Most post offices hold parcels for up to 14 days before disposal. Please ensure you collect your order within this period, as once a parcel is disposed of, it is out of our control, and we will not be able to assist further
